Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended slightly. In such cases, we will notify you by email.
Orders placed after business hours or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary based on your location, selected shipping method, and carrier availability. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and do not include processing time.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We currently ship to addresses within the United States using trusted carriers.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
International Shipping
If international shipping is offered, delivery times, shipping costs, duties, and taxes will vary by destination.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. Sands Swim is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
Sands Swim is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Sands Swim is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking confirms delivery to the address provided.
If you believe your package has been lost in transit or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly first. You may also contact us, and we will assist where possible, but replacements or refunds are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment using the carrier’s tracking page.
If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Returns & Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required by law.
If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
