Online Return Policy
We want you to feel confident in your Sands Swim purchase. Eligible full-price swimwear may be returned within 15 days of delivery, provided it meets all of the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All original tags must remain attached.
- The hygiene liner must be intact, attached, and unaltered.
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, odors, or removal of the hygiene liner will not be accepted for return.
For health and hygiene reasons, we recommend trying on swimwear over undergarments.
Sale Items
All sale, discounted, and promotional items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Sands Swim reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions outlined above.
